New Team Member Strengthens Service Delivery

C&M Water continues to invest in its team and service capability with the recent appointment of Cath, who joined the business in February.

Cath has been undertaking a structured two-month training programme in water hygiene. We have a new contract spanning 150 sites, which represents a significant step in the company’s continued growth.

As part of her development, Cath has already achieved City & Guilds qualifications in Legionella awareness, TMV servicing and bacterial sampling. She has also spent recent weeks working alongside experienced engineers on site, gaining practical, hands-on experience across a range of systems.

This combination of formal training and on-site learning ensures a consistent, standards-led approach to service delivery, aligned with C&M Water’s ISO-accredited standards.

Cath will be operating from one of the company’s newly branded vans, supporting site delivery across the region.

Investing in people remains a key part of C&M Water’s approach, ensuring clients continue to receive disciplined, reliable and compliant water hygiene services as the business grows.
